The Salty Cosmos is a universe full of adventure and freedom, where people meet each other with kindness, openness and solidarity. Here we learn with and from each other. In the Salty Cosmos there is no machismo, no racism, no homophobia and there are no ego-cowboys.

Standard Greenlandroll Vertiefungskurs
Ein Wochenende am 15./16. Juni am Thunersee. Einführung mit Joga und kennenlernen der anderen Teilnehmer. Yuri und Ella verbreiten ihre Freude am Rollen. Ich hab richtig Lust aufs Rollen bekommen. Ich fühle mich jedesmal gut aufgehoben unter Freunden. Die Verschiedenen Rollen werden mit viel Geduld und Leidenschaft beigebracht. Jeder Versuch wird gfeiert. Ich bin gerne in den Kursen und empfehle Salty Cosmos für jeden der Greenlandrols lernen möchte.

Basiskurs Forward Finishing Rolls
Mit viel Wissen, Beobachtungsgabe, Professionalität und Motivation haben Yuri und Ella durch den Kurs geführt. In entspannter Atmosphäre, mit persönlichem Coaching, wurde geübt und auch gelacht. Ich habe in den zwei Tagen viel gelernt und mit den Übungen, die uns an Land und im Wasser gezeigt wurden weiss ich nun genau, wie ich meine Rollen selbstständig trainieren und verbessern kann. Super Kurs, ich komme wieder!

Hammer Greenland Rolling Basic in Chevroux
Was für ein Erlebnis. Trotz eines kleinen Teilnehmerkreises wurde der Kurs durchgeführt. Nach dem erlernen der Bewegungsabläufe, ging es aufs Wasser. Dank des permanenten Coaching der beiden, konnten wir schnell Erfolge erzielen. Und siehe da, mann rollt... ;-)
Ella und Yuri sind genial, ihr Engagement war einfach nur genial. Wir lernten, lachten und hatte einfach eine tolle Zeit zusammen!

Enjoy local cuisine with Yuri’s famous cooking skills while sipping a cool drink and simply relax, have fun and make some new friends. That is a cosmos you want to enter soon again….

Gerne wieder!
Als Kayakneuling habe ich mich diesen Frühling in die Kurswoche nach Roses gewagt und mit dem Rollkurs auf dem Thunersee mitte Juni nach gedoppelt. Leider bin ich im tieferen Wasser ein Angsthase, was das ganze Unterfangen zur besonderen Herausforderung werden lässt. Bei Ella und Yuri habe ich mich jedoch super aufgehoben und sicher gefühlt. Sie haben meine Unsicherheiten ernst genommen und sind fordernd aber nicht überfordernd darauf eingegangenen. Beide haben die Fähigkeit, auf die Skills und Möglichkeiten der einzelnen Teilnehmer einzugehen und jede/jeden dort abzuholen wo er/sie steht. Das Ganze in einer lockeren, freundschaftlichen und angenehmen Atmosphäre.
